Shipping Information
- Estimated Delivery: Standard U.S. shipping takes 7-22 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Fixed-rate shipping applies, and orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
- Carriers: We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and Local Post for secure and efficient delivery.

- Estimated delivery times apply exclusively to standard US shipping.
- Shipping to military addresses may be restricted—our apologies for any inconvenience.
- While we aim to process and ship orders promptly, unexpected delays may occur due to specific order requirements.
- Bulk items (such as Canvas and Posters) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be dispatched separately. Free shipping policies may not apply to these products.
- Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email.
ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If tracking details are not yet available, it means your order is still being processed by the carrier. Updates will appear as soon as the package is scanned into their network.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Before finalizing your purchase, please verify your shipping address for accuracy. Merzap is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Additionally, if you request an address change or rerouting with the carrier after shipment, we cannot guarantee modifications and are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
