Cancellation & Modification
How to Modify or Cancel Your Order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, simply fill out this form and submit your request. Be sure to include your order number along with the specific details of your requested modifications. Our team will process your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Your order is eligible to be canceled and modified.
Please be informed that:
- Personalized and custom-made items enter production immediately, which makes modifications difficult. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.
- During busy seasons, modification requests may take longer to process and could result in minor shipping delays. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible.

Free replacement or refund
Customer satisfaction is our priority. In most cases, issuing a replacement or refund is the most effective way to resolve any concerns—which is why we do not require you to return the item. You are free to keep it at your discretion.
We take full responsibility within 45 days of order arrival if the product(s) are:

Damaged, defective, or otherwise not functioning properly
Not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email
Lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate
You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND

No Refund or Replacement with small fee

The following reasons are not included in our Refund and Replacement policy. While we understand your concerns, we cannot be held responsible for these situations:
- Requests made more than 45 days after delivery.
- Refund requests based on personal reasons, such as changing your mind or no longer needing the item, whether before or after receiving it.
- Any damage caused by improper use of the product.

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE
We offer discounted replacements under the following conditions:
- The wrong item, design, or size was received due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
- Your order was returned and disposed of due to an incorrect or invalid shipping address entered at checkout.
