Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed automatically within 2 hours after confirmation. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible within this timeframe. Requests made after 2 hours may not be accepted.
When will my order ship?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We begin processing 2 hours after payment is completed. Processing takes 5–8 business days, and once shipped, you’ll get an email with tracking details. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard deliveries typically arrive within 12–15 business days from the shipping date.
You’ll receive an email with your Tracking Number and order Details within 3–5 business days after your order is processed.
To track your delivery, enter your ORDER NUMBER or TRACKING NUMBER below and click “Track Order”. This info is in your confirmation email and receipt.
