  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: From the time you place your order to final delivery, the full process usually takes 17–23 business days.
  • Shipping Fee: We proudly offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
  • Shipping Carriers: To ensure reliable and secure delivery, we partner with well-established logistics providers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and local courier services, depending on your delivery location.

Important Information

  • The shipping timeframes listed apply to standard deliveries within the U.S.
  • At this time, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • While most orders are processed and delivered within the estimated schedule, occasional delays may occur due to inventory availability, peak seasons, or carrier-related issues.
  • Bulk or oversized orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and may require separate shipments for secure handling.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its status.

  • Tracking details will typically be available within 72 hours of order confirmation.
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has shipped. If tracking doesn’t show immediately, rest assured it will appear once the carrier scans your package into their system.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Merzap cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If you request to reroute, redirect, or forward your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any resulting loss, damage, or delays.
