Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order in the following situations:

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours after placement. After this period, the order proceeds to processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

Condition for Return:
All returned items must be in unused, original condition, with packaging, tags, dust bags, and all accessories intact. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Cases

- Return requests made after 7 days of receiving the order.
- Customer is unsatisfied with the product for personal preferences (e.g. changed mind).
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Loss of interest in the product after receiving it.

- Reason for your return or exchange.

Return Shipping Fees
- All return/exchange requests must be pre-approved via email by our support team.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
